1. Wrap the tape measure around your body in these two spots:
(*Note: Do not measure while wearing a molded cup bra. This will result in an inaccurate bust measurement.*)
a. bust (fullest part of your bust, usually at the nipple level)
b. underbust (under your breast while inhaling)
2. To find your band measurement, round your underbust measurement to the nearest even whole number. If you are in between sizes, round down if you like a snugger band and round up if you like a more relaxed band.
3. To find your cup size, find the difference between your bust and underbust (the measurements you took above), and locate the cup size in the chart.
