We believe in a rigorous fit process – nothing in our marketplace goes untested or untried. We believe in enabling conversation and community. And we believe shopping for something sexy should be fun.
How do you guarantee quality and fit?
Our team has over 15 years of experience in lingerie and intimate apparel. We’re also a brand that’s by women, for women. All of this means that we’ve got a good eye for what works. We combine that sensibility with a rigorous fit process for all of our products - rest assured, nothing in our marketplace goes untested or untried. Still, we know that some things may not work for you and, if that’s the case, you can let us know at help@wearsydney.com, and we’ll accept your return.

How can I reach someone for help?
Shoot us an email anytime at help@wearsydney.com. We'll do our best to get back to you right away and, in any case, in no less than 24 hours.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and, once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number. You can also find the tracking number by logging in to view your SYDNEY account.
How do I make a return?
Hit us up at help@wearsydney.com within 60 days of receiving your order, and we will initiate your return. All return merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties or hosiery. We do not refund order shipping costs.
SYDNEY is not responsible for lost or missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship only to the United States.
